This is picture of my great aunt Cora Lee Griffin.  It was taken by Lewis Hine in 1908, Cora Lee would have been about 12 when this picture was taken.  Lewis Hine worked as a child labor photographer for the National Child Labor Committee.  Cora Lee was not identified in the original photograph, but in 2007, a reporter took an interest in identifying the girl and arranged to have the picture published in the local paper.  You can read about how they identified Cora Lee at https://morningsonmaplestreet.com/2014/11/26/cora-page-one/.

This picture is available matted and framed, framed size 26H x 32W.  Email me for more images.
